Hello, this is the Task Bar Hero development team. We are reaching out to inform you that a significant decrease in box drop rates has been reported. We want to assure you that we never adjust box drop rates arbitrarily without an official announcement. Given that Steam servers are under excessive load, we suspect that Steam may have imposed call rate limits on their end. In the meantime, our team is continuously preparing an improved build internally to restore things to normal. We will do our best to have it ready as quickly as possible. Hello everyone, we have just received an update from Steam and would like to share the details with you. The current server issues are caused by cheaters sending abnormal item creation requests to Steam's servers. Additionally, we have been informed that our total item count is too high and will need to be reduced. We have already reached out to Steam for further support on this matter. We will continue to keep you updated as our communication with Steam progresses. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
