Steam Item Server Instability & Steam Market Bulk Purchase Issue

This is the < TBH: Task Bar Hero > development team.

Due to a sudden surge in concurrent players, it appears that an issue has occurred with the Steam item server.

We've identified delays when opening boxes, as well as delays with the Cube. We have requested assistance from Steam and will do our best to resolve this as quickly as possible.

We are currently receiving reports of bugs where gold or items disappear when performing Cube actions such as Alchemy, Decoration, Engraving, and Inscription. We sincerely ask that you refrain from using these features until the server is back to normal.

In addition, an issue is occurring where items are not being received when purchased in bulk on the Steam Market.

Our development team is currently working on a fix.

Until it is complete, we kindly ask that you refrain from making bulk purchases.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience to your gameplay.

We will work to restore everything to normal as quickly as possible.

※ If an item disappears when you open a box or use the Cube, try pressing the refresh button in your mailbox — you should be able to find the item there. (*The mailbox may also respond slowly at the moment due to the server issue.)
